1. No Refund for Misbehavior: We prioritize creating a positive and respectful learning environment for all our students. Any form of misbehavior or violation of our Code of Conduct will not be tolerated. In such cases, we reserve the right to deny any refund requests.
2. Refund for Course Cancellation: In the unlikely event that Online Islamic Center Education cancels a course, we will provide a full refund to the enrolled students within 10 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
3. Partial Refund for Course Withdrawal: If a student decides to withdraw from a course voluntarily, a refund may be provided as per the following guidelines:

•         If the course withdrawal occurs within the first 5 days of the course start date, 50% of the course fee will be refunded.

•         If the course withdrawal occurs after 5 days from the course start date, no refund will be provided.

4. Refund Request Process: To request a refund, the student must submit a refund request via email to our Customer Support team at info@islamiccenter.pk. The refund request must include the student's full name, course details, reason for the refund, and any supporting documentation, if applicable. The refund request must be submitted within 15 days from the course start date.
5. Refund Processing Time: Once a refund request is received, we will review it within 7 business days. If the refund is approved, we will process the refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
6. Non-Transferability: Refunds are not transferable to any other individual, course, or program. Refunds are solely issued to the original student who made the payment.
7. Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees, such as enrollment fees, application fees, or administrative fees, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
8. Modifications to the Policy: Online Islamic Center Education reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website or by direct notification to the students affected by the policy modification.
