3. Payment

complete the registration process and provide accurate and up-to-date

is not guaranteed.
5. Course Materials:
a. Course materials, including textbooks or ebooks,
online resources, and other learning materials, will be provided to students as
per the course requirements.
b. The course materials are for personal use only and may not be distributed,
shared, or reproduced without prior written permission from Online Islamic
Center Education.
6. Attendance and
Participation:
a. Students are expected to attend classes regularly and actively participate
in all course-related activities.
b. Non-attendance or lack of participation may impact the student's learning
experience and performance.
7. Conduct:
a. Students are required to adhere to a code of conduct during their time at
Online Islamic Center Education.
b. Any form of disruptive behavior, harassment, or violation of the code of
conduct may result in disciplinary action, including termination of enrollment.
8. Changes and
Cancellations:
a. Online Islamic Center Education reserves the right to modify or cancel any
course, batch, or schedule due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient
enrollment.
b. In the event of a course cancellation, enrolled students will be provided
with alternate options, such as a transfer to another batch or course.
9. Limitation of
Liability:
a. Online Islamic Center Education shall not be held liable for any direct,
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or
inability to use the course or related services.
10. Governing Law:
a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of the jurisdiction where Online Islamic Center Education
operates.
